Come join some of our top contenders in the Mountain Avenue Mile for a shakeout run followed by a conversational style interview panel.

Katie Mackey (Follett)- a native of Fort Collins, is a World 3k finalist, USA Road Mile and Club XC Champ and recently competed at USA’s in the 1500.
Ryan Birkmeier- will be defending his title and course record from Mountain Ave Mile 2022.
Jacob Heilveil- competed in the 1,500 metre wheelchair demonstration event at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Heilveil competed at the 2000 and 2004 Paralympics in multiple events. He also competed at the Wheelchair Racing World Championships in 2002 and 2006.
Christian Groendyk- USATF CO high school athlete of the year in 2022. Recently signed to run and pursue his education at Princeton University.
Ian Butler- runs with the Boulder Harriers, 2x Olympic Trials Qualifier
We will also have a special guest from AthleteBloodTest.com to answer questions about performance and how athletes can use blood biomarkers to dial in on nutrition, training, and performance.
